|Greta West scrapyard|
|It's always heartening to come across a scrap metal man who recognises
the inherent value of some scap above others. Len had told Euan and myself
about this yard some time ago and has nagged us to visit ever since.
There are some 15 or so CMPs here, ranging from a C15 (former signals van) which was once involved in a road fatality to long wheelbase types, including the remains of a FGT and No 6 Bofors Tractor along with the remains of a Carrier and other ex-military vehicles. We spent a very happy few hours exploring. It doesn't get much better than this!

|Canadian 2C1 body.||Data plate from a Canadian 2C1 body which has been lengthened.|
|Ford F60S data plate|
|Another Chev wreck. this one is interesting in that the next truck in the line (or at least the data plate) is still in existence and belongs to Roger Richards in Melbourne. This was a C60S No 6 Field Artillery Tractor, ARN 73922. Also built on the same day was another CGT No6 now on a farm in Tumut, NSW.|

|This is the sign of a well-used vehicle.|
